The Google Page Speed Score is a value developed by Google, which describes how technically a website has been optimized to achieve high speeds. In addition to the score, the tool also gives suggestions for improvement, such as image or CSS optimization.
In 2018, Google has decided to discontinue the Page Speed Score and replace it with the Lighthouse tool, also developed by Google.
